< FAQ >

1. What is the criteria for the price?
- Free gifts will be given before the sales coupon, membership points and mileage.

2. Can I receive the magazine or bromide later, after I buy the items first?
- No you cannot receive the free gifts unless it's the promotional period.

3. I am curious about JR x Ren standees and fansigning events?
- We have nothing confirmed about our standee giveaway promotions or fansigning events, we will post about the accurate details on our official website and SNS accounts.


< Regarding Bromides >

1. There is no Labiotte near my house, but I want to receive the bromide by purchasing online.
- Due to the size, we cannot ship the bromides.

2. How many different types of bromides are there?
- There are 2 different types of bromides for both JR x Ren and 1 double cut which is a total of 3 different types of bromides.

3. Can I get 3 bromides if I buy over 30,000 KRW offline?
- 10,000KRW = 1 bromide, 20,000KRW = 2 bromides, 30,000KRW = 3 bromides, and so on so forth. You may choose the bromides according to the stock.

< Regarding the mini magazine >

1. Can we receive the mini magazine offline?
- It is exclusively for offline promotions only.

2. If I buy 60,000KRW worth of items online, will I receive 2 magazines?
- There is limited stock, so it'll be 1 magazine per purchase. You can purchase 60,000KRW but you will receive 1 magazine.

3. I want both the bromide and mini magazine.
- You would have to purchase at least 10,000KRW offline and 30,000KRW online to get each promotional gift.


< Regarding Coupons >

1. How do I use Kakao Plus Friends Coupon?
- You can only use the KAKAO coupons at official Labiotte stores and our official online website.
*duty free stores, CHICOR, Lotte L Cube, Creemare Labiotte stations won't count.
- You can only use the KAKAO coupons until August 31st.
- To use these coupons online, go on the official website and login and go to My Page and enter the coupon number.

2. My coupon isn't working on sale items ㅠ.ㅠ
- You cannot use coupons on sale items, but you can use your membership points.
